Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency makes 21 million decisions that affect people's lives and society as a whole. We pay out approximately 260 billion SEK each year. Investigations, analyses, and teamwork
As a reviewer, you safeguard citizens' rights by conducting a new comprehensive review of decisions where individuals have requested a reassessment of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's decision. You assess, investigate, and decide on the case. You make clear and legally secure decisions that address all claims. If a reassessed decision is appealed to the court, you are responsible for preparing the documentation for the court's review. You communicate via phone or in writing. Externally, you have contact with employers, healthcare providers, the Public Employment Service, municipalities, and county councils.
In your work, you actively strive for continuous improvement in the quality of work processes and case handling and support learning in the handling of individual cases. As a reviewer, you handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong sense of security if you are to work with us.

We are looking for someone who
- has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent, preferably with a focus on social sciences or law
- has a systematic and meticulous approach and delivers results based on agreements
- can independently and effectively understand and analyze complex issues
- collaborates effectively with others and shares knowledge, experiences, and information
- has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- supports others in striving to achieve common goals.
It is advantageous if you
- have experience in case handling/investigation within sickness insurance
- have professional experience in written and oral communication
- have experience in case handling and are accustomed to reading and evaluating information from a large amount of text
- have knowledge and experience in working with administrative law, public access and confidentiality, and the Social Insurance Code
- are used to handling large volumes of cases without losing efficiency and quality.

Several positions, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows.
